Stone & Seed Creative is a small agency with a wealth of experience working with big organisations. Our lifeblood is graphic design and communications, but as an agency we offer so much more. We specialise in translating technical concepts into clear, innovative messages and products. We meet you at the start of your projects, taking your ideas or research findings and distilling them into accessible, targeted and impactful messaging. Then we grow those seedling concepts into bold visuals to drive your campaigns.

Sisters-in-law with a shared passion for supporting projects for social good, we are down-to-earth professionals who love creativity and innovation.

Who we are

Jade McAllister

Visual Design

Jade is a visual designer with an eye for detail. She specialises in graphic design, illustration, and digital design. Known for her playful, yet refined graphic style, she has over a decade of experience creating cutting-edge products from nature illustration, to creative promotional material, to campaigns for social good. She has a particular interest in design for global health. Before launching Stone & Seed, Jade specialised in visual design and illustration in the e-learning space. From educational projects to social justice campaigns, Jade will tailor projects for any context. She is particularly skilled at turning Pippa’s terrible stick figure drawings into punchy graphics.

Pippa Haughton

Communications

Pippa is a passionate storyteller and communications professional who brings more than 15 years of communications experience to Stone & Seed. She specialises in translating all things technical into clear, relatable and motivational messaging. She has honed her skills in the humanitarian sphere, working with the World Health Organization since 2015 on health topics including Ebola, COVID-19, gender, equity, human rights, nutrition and breastfeeding. Pippa’s areas of expertise include communication strategy and training, copywriting, editing, content creation and doodling stick figures for Jade to transform into dynamic visuals.

What we Do

We collaborate with you to bring your project from the seed of an idea through its launch and beyond. We meet with you to find out about the work you do and what you want to tell the world. Then we help create a strategy, refine your message, choose channels and create exceptional products for you to share.

Although we are a small agency, we have a network of freelancers who work with us to tackle larger projects. We also take on simpler projects including copywriting, editing, document layout and small-scale graphic design jobs.
